Founding owner of Maritime Premier Ltd, a UK consulting firm specialised in Marine and Shipping Industry and co-founding of JBritania Ltd, a CI consulting firm specialised in Maritime expertise and welding services including Civil Engineering.
I have broadly practiced in both regulatory and corporate finance fields acting as corporate law advisor in a UK based telecommunication company Oxford Consultech focusing on corporate expansion, Mergers & Acquisitions and created new entities in many South American and Sub-Saharan African countries.
I have also gained extensive experiences in the Banking and Asset Management sectors with Fidelity Investment, a US Asset Management based in the UK at their Asset Pricing and Risk Management Department.
Academic background: Currently completing a PhD in Maritime insurance field and teaching Maritime Law at Plymouth University in the UK. Successfully passed the UK Bar aptitude test and attended my Professional Bar Training at BPP Law School after successfully completed with merit several Post graduate degrees: a LLM in International Trade Transports &Maritime Law from London Metropolitan University followed by another double degree GDL-LLM with merit from Wolverhampton University in the UK and another Master degree( MSC) in Accounting & Finance speciality (International Finance) from London Kingston Business School/University and a LLB and Master in Private Law and in French Corporate Law from the University of Douala-Cameroon.
